Shipment And Delivery Terms

A. DELIVERY

1.     Depending on the country of delivery, shipments are made by DHL, Austrian Post, or UPS.
2.     By default, we only ship to the countries listed below.

Check the table below for information on the shipping costs that will be incurred.

If you wish the shipment to be made to another country, please send us an e-mail (office@123boerse.com) and specify the item, the requested quantity, and the complete delivery address including the country and the postcode.

We will inform you at short notice whether we can ship to the particular country and quote the shipping costs, as we first need to ask our shipping partner whether the shipment would be possible and how much it would cost.

B. SHIPPING COSTS

I. Shipment within Germany (DHL) and Austria (Austrian Post):

For shipments within Germany and Austria, we charge shipping costs of 4,90 EUR per order, regardless of how many items your order contains. There is no island surcharge for shipping to German isoands.

II. Shipment to other countries:

For shipments to other countries, we charge the country-specific shipping costs specified below per order, regardless of how many items your order contains. Please note that customs duties and taxes incurred for shipments to non-EU countries shall be borne by the customer/buyer.

C. DELIVERY TIMES

I. Delivery times in Germany and Austria:

Delivery time approx. 1-3 working days.

Note: In Germany, no delivery on Sunday and public holidays. In Austria, no delivery on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

II. International delivery times:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom: Delivery time approx. 3-7 days (UPS)

Liechtenstein, Switzerland: Delivery time approx. 5-7 working days (Austrian Post)

Norway: Delivery time approx. 7-10 working days (Austrian Post)

USA: Delivery time approx. 10-15 working days (Austrian Post)

Japan: Delivery time approx. 6-10 working days (Austrian Post)

Note: No delivery on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays

III. Shipment time:

PayPal, credit card, or via Sofortüberweisung.de:
The shipment will be made on the same day if the payment is received before 3:00 p.m. (CET/CEST) on Monday to Thursday or before 1:00 p.m. (CET/CEST) on Friday; otherwise, it will be made on the next working day (Saturday is not considered a working day).

Bank transfer:
The shipment will be made on the day on which the payment is credited to our account.
Note: Depending on the transfer bank, this can take up to 5 working days.

Please note that the shipment will only be made on WORKING DAYS (Monday to Friday)
